Managing the contractors engaged to prepare the property for marketing. 3. Temple's advice and expertise on arriving at an appropriate listing price to generate interest and elicit multiple offers quickly. 4. Temple's tact in handling the buyer who ended up purchasing it –– who presented some challenges related to closing on time –– went above & beyond the normal performance. 5. Temple is an excellent real estate agent. She is expert in all aspects of the process. I live in another state. When my mother passed away I had a limited amount of time to spend with handling her estate. We also need to do some minor things to prepare the house for sale. Temple has great contacts who were both fair and did fine work. We got a good price for the house and closed quickly. This was a great relief.
