Because I live out of state (in Illinois), it was crucial to me to have good communication, and that expectation was exceeded! I would describe our Client/Broker relationship as a true partnership, and I felt very involved in every step of the process from listing to pre-market prep of the property to the final completion of the sale. I should preface this review by saying that I am a return client, as this is the second house that Temple has sold for me! When she brokered the previous house, in Phoenix, it sold in 1 week's time! And I found Temple after having had to “fire” my 1st Broker, who was very inflexible, ignored my ideas & input in preference to her own, and was generally unprofessional! Temple was the opposite of that and was a breath of fresh air, which is why there was no question as to whom I would turn for this sale! Some areas of exceptional performance in both sales include: 1. Informing me of current buyer preferences in that region so that we could maximize the appeal of the property, while at the same time being mindful of my budget constraints. 2. Managing the contractors engaged to prepare the property for marketing. 3. Temple's advice and expertise on arriving at an appropriate listing price to generate interest and elicit multiple offers quickly. 4. Temple's tact in handling the buyer who ended up purchasing it –– who presented some challenges related to closing on time –– went above & beyond the normal performance. 5. And generally, her attention to the many details involved in a home sale made everything flow seamlessly! Thanks a million for everything, Temple!
